A suggested sequence to organize planning and delivery. Phase boundaries and the features assigned to each phase will be finalized after the client meeting.
At the end of the requirement meeting, the client and implementation team will agree on the confirmed features, phase allocation, dependencies, delivery schedule and commercials. Future-phase items will remain proposed enhancements unless separately approved in writing.

The LMS project is planned with a dedicated development team and a focused delivery schedule.
The current estimated deadline for the LMS project is between 75 and 90 days. We plan to onboard three developers for the project, with a six-day working week. The final delivery schedule will be aligned with the mutually approved requirements, phase-wise scope, dependencies and client feedback. Any major scope changes may affect the timeline.
